Welcome to View Place, a four-bed elegant Victorian detached family-friendly home, sleeping 7 / 8 with panoramic village views. Secluded but in a village location and only five miles from Truro and Falmouth, it's a fantastic base for both North and South Coast exploring, with the endless attractions this stunning part of Cornwall has to offer.
There is secure parking for 5 cars and a large enclosed garden. View Place benefits from all the original features of being 100 years old, but all the mod cons of a recent renovation.
Week-long lets, Saturday to Saturday. No pets.
View Place is located on the outskirts of Perranwell Station, a quaint Cornish village located halfway between Truro and Falmouth (5 miles to each). In the village, find a well equipped Post Office/store with fresh pasties delivered each morning; a delightful pub with some of the best pub grub around; and a lovely village spa for beauty treatments. Country walks aplenty begin minutes away. For cycling enthusiasts, the coast-to-coast cycle path goes through the village (there is a cycle hire shop at Bissoe very close by) and many nearby attractions are within easy reach (Eden Project, St Ives, Lands End).
Perfect for families with children and grandparents, View Place has all you could need (high chair, buggy, cot, games and dressing up box, swing and mud kitchen).
